Foreign plaintiffs try to use Canadian courts

CNCA member, Above Ground, examines the eight cases that have attempted to use Canadian courts in corporate accountability cases. To date, no foreign plaintiff has been successful in a claim against a Canadian company in Canada. However, five cases involving foreign plaintiffs are before the courts.
